The dismantling of each of the objects took place in three stages:
- Preparatory: manual dismantling of windows, furniture, waste paper, etc. and their sorting.
- Dismantling: demolition of the above-ground part of the building with an excavator.
- Sorting construction waste into: asbestos, metal, wood, concrete, brick, plastic.
Dismantling of buildings, processing of concrete, removal of construction waste.
Dismantling with a CAT excavator. Concrete structures were crushed with a hydraulic hammer, and construction waste was sorted into concrete, metal and other materials.
Dismantling began manually due to limited access to the site. Metal structures were cut, construction debris was sorted and removed, making room for special equipment and surviving equipment, which was handed over to the owner.
Then an excavator was used for dismantling and removal of garbage, a mobile crane and a mobile tower for dismantling floor slabs, trusses and metal structures of an industrial building.
Dismantling of the foundation with an excavator with a hydraulic hammer, removal of construction waste and leveling of the land plot in preparation for new construction.
First, holes were made with a hydraulic hammer along the perimeter of the floor, dividing it into conventional sectors. Then the hydraulic hammer was replaced with a bucket and pieces of broken concrete were raked out, which were loaded onto a dump truck for disposal. To facilitate the transportation and processing of construction waste, the fittings were cut with a gas cutter.
Dismantling work began with the preparation of the site, which included the fencing of the territory, disconnection of communications and the construction of an embankment-ramp.
An excavator with hydraulic shears began dismantling from the top floor, gradually cutting the concrete and metal structures. Moving from top to bottom, he dismantled the building step by step.
The process ended with the removal of construction debris, which ensured controlled demolition and minimized the risk of collapse.
For the major renovation, the customer set the task of partially dismantling the old hangar with a height of 21 meters and an area of 1700 m², leaving only the metal frame.
At first, the roof was dismantled from concrete slabs, they were cleaned of the coating, cut off from the mortgages and lowered with a truck crane. Then, with the help of a truck crane and a truck tower, the side plates were removed. The brickwork was dismantled with perforators and hydraulic jacks.
At the final stage, special equipment (excavators, loaders with a hydraulic hammer and dump trucks) worked to dismantle the remains of the walls and remove construction debris.
Our specialists have started work on the preparation of the territory, limiting access to the site. An excavator with a long boom gradually dismantled the building from the top floor down using a long boom.
Construction waste was sorted and removed from the site, which ensured cleanliness and order. After completing the dismantling, our team cleared the area of the remains of the building.
It is a voluminous and not easy task to dismantle the house while preserving Banksy's graffiti. To do this, we had to manually disassemble a ten-story span in order to safely cut out the graffiti and move it to another place. And on the other hand, because of the nearby shopping center, part of the work was also done manually, and only then was the house dismantled with an excavator with a long 28-meter pole
The dismantling of the buildings lasted about 20 days with the help of two excavators: one demolished the building, the other raked the rubble.
All garbage was sorted and sorted into construction waste, wood and metal. Asbestos waste (about 10%) was disposed of, other waste was sent for processing.
Building fragments were broken into smaller parts, loaded into a jaw crusher and crushed. At the same time, they manually sorted garbage that had nothing to do with construction. For a high-quality result, the procedure was repeated twice.
Further, the construction waste was sorted into fractions on a screen crusher for convenient use during reuse.
For the dismantling of the house, an excavator with a conventional bucket was chosen, which worked from an embankment-ramp. After the building was demolished, construction debris was removed and the foundation was dismantled.
Demolition of the house, removal of construction waste with subsequent sorting and processing, and dismantling of the foundation and all this in a fairly short time frame
In addition to the dismantling of the warehouse, it was necessary to dismantle the roof and attic floor of the adjacent office space, which was also damaged, but not so significantly and is subject to restoration.
For this task, due to limited space, a combined dismantling method was used. The first stage involved dismantling the upper part of the pipe by hand from the cradle of the car tower. After reaching a safe height, we moved on to the second stage - the rolling method.
